THE STANCE: Matter of style, but ……
- needs to be able to get you into good hitting position with proper timing
- should not be still-should create some rhythm and timing.
- head should be middle, inside the knees with both eyes on the ball
- shoulders parallel with the ground facing pitcher
- hands-shoulder area
- hips parallel to the ground
- knees inside the feet
- weight on the inside of the feet
- Something to think about-changing your stance is a way to break bad habits. It creates new muscle memory.
